Before the Services of yoga instruction are provided, prospective clients are asked to sign a liability waiver. This waiver collects the following Personal Information: name, email address, physical/street address, phone number, name of the prospective client’s emergency contact, and phone number of the prospective client’s emergency contact.


How we use Information Collected


We do not rent, sell, or share Users’ information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may use the information we collect on this Site for the following purposes:

For the current provision of our yoga instruction Services, the Venmo mobile payment app can be considered a third party, since this app currently provides the payment transaction utility for our yoga instruction Services. When you pay for our yoga instruction Services through the Venmo app, our Venmo account receives and collects data necessary for processing the Service order, including your Venmo username, transaction ID, payment amount, and any notes shared during the payment transaction. Our Venmo account privacy settings are set to “Private.” Because payments are processed through Venmo your (and our) data are subject to the stipulations in Venmo’s Privacy Statement, and your (and our) use of the app is subject to Venmo’s User Agreement.


Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals whom we do not employ or manage, including any of the third parties which we may disclose information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
